denkfabrik 96 has been working in the fields of strategic consultation, organisational development, marketing design and further education since 1996. Our idea of strategic consultation combines elements of classical business consulting – such as profitability and marketing studies – with social science methods for strategic development such as trend research, qualitative and quantitative surveys and evaluations etc. We draw up expert assessments, pro-vide an efficient project management and help you work out a professional public image. Organisational development and training are also integrated parts of our approach to strategic consulting. We also offer our customers further services such as organising publications, translations, events, etc.
One focus of our consultancy work is on companies, NGOs, educational and political organisations as well as churches and other areas of civil society.

The strength of our company lies in our ability to link up a number of varied professional skills. This gives us the flexibility to structure projects to suit the specific needs of each individual client. Our team members are individually selected according to the central skills required for each project. Our two partners work with an established network of freelancers who are young, creative specialists in various different areas of expertise. We work in close contact with universities and other research institutes and are therefore able to keep up with the latest conceptual and methodological developments. We continuously integrate successful innovations into our company's work process and the services we offer.
